- Users agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the services provided by Structured Restoration as per the agreed-upon terms.
- Payment terms will be outlined in the service contract signed between the user and Structured Restoration.
7. Limitation of Liability
Structured Restoration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Structured Restoration, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions.
